Order a laptop on March 6. Have yet to receive even a shipping statement. Called and finally got ahold of someone and asked for refund. Vanessa said she couldn't do that a manager had to and that they would call me back. Still waiting on the call. DONT NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE SCAMMERS!
