What went wrong is I set an appointment to call top tech and all I got was a recording, and nobody is wanting to talk to me on the phone or on line about my order that was made on March 17th 2020. My name is Steven Curtis and my order number is 2593. Is this the way your company does business? Take my money and get no response?
