I ordered a laptop on March 3, 2020 that was to be shipped via USPS by 3/9/2020. I never was given a tracking number or date and the laptop wasn't received. After several emails to them and being told various stories regarding its shipment, by 3/12/2020 it was obviously a scam. It was to be expedited twice. I disputed the transaction with my bank. On April 2, 2020 they sent an email stating my computer was shipped via TradeGecko, but no tracking number or date was provided. Neither was a link to their 'store'. I searched the internet and found that TradeGecko is an inventory and production app, not a company. I sent a final email to the CEO of Top Tech Wholesale requesting an immediate refund but received no reply. They have been reported to the BBB, FTC and Colorado AG Office.
