Experience buying from these guys used to be really good but is now just so-so, I think the prices here are really good and everything is fine when ordering something that has been released for a good amount of time, but in the past couple of years pre-orders have been disappointing, with no information anywhere as far as i can see regarding why something is delayed or what ever the issue is or what exactly is delayed as i'd imagine multiple different products have these issues. I imagine when people pre-order they generally know when what they've ordered is being released and for that date to come and go and not get some sort of email saying "sorry your order is delayed you can expect it in X amount of time" or some kind of delay announcement on socials/blog is pretty bad in my opinion. My current order is a week out so far and it's just irritating.
