“Can’t fault Total Cards at all! I’ve put a review up on Trustpilot, without realising this is the go to place! I pre-ordered the Journey Together Booster Box. Shipping was great, packaging was great and I pulled some great cards! No complaints here. Can’t wait to hopefully get some Destined Rivals. I’ve also placed a Yugioh Quarter Century Stampede order and pulled some great cards too!”

“Hi there, I'm writing this review of my first purchase from Total Cards, and while I was a bit skeptical that it would arrive at all since I'm ordering from Canada, I can say earnestly that I was surprised and delighted to have had my order arrive approx. 2 weeks after purchase in perfect condition. A little backstory on why I decided to purchase from Total Cards - it was one of the only stores online that carried a product (a character keyring) that I was looking for as a replacement to one that I had lost fairly recently. I was feeling pretty bummed, and I took a chance ordering from Total Cards since it is a UK-based and I'm across the pond in Canada, figuring the package could very easily get lost. But to my surprise it arrived, and the lettermail was taped as a "fragile" item which meant to me that Total Cards took an extra step to ensure that the product I ordered would arrive safely and securely. It may not seem like much for a product like this, but I appreciate it and will keep it in mind the next time I make a purchase from Total Cards. Thank you so much for that! :)”

“I ordered a booster box on their website, I got a confirmation email for payment, but they did not supply a number for me to track my package, the only info that was given was my order number which isn’t enough to track it with Royal Mail or on the shop app that they recommend. Days went by beyond their projected delivery date and I sent multiple emails to their customer support, in which days have passed since then and they still have not been replied to them. I then recently figured out I think they blocked my email. So atm I am completely in the dark with no way of contacting them and no knowledge whether my package even exists or if my order has just been thrown into the void. Also their phone number is ‘offline’ for some reason too.”

Our customer support team operates Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, and unfortunately your ticket came in shortly before the weekend, so it was not addressed before our office closed. Email support remained active during this time, and all enquiries are responded to in order once our team is available. We appreciate your patience and are confident this will be resolved shortly.
