“I ordered an item on preorder and a handful of loose cards. Items were delayed due to lateness in their stock availability. That's fine, yet they were still selling the items they said they didn't have in stock which made it less convincing. An item (one card) was also rem9ved and refunded from my order with no explanation as to why, my guess is that I was waiting so long for the order, the card I bought went out of stock as it wasn't reserved in anyway. That aside, the goods I recieved were in good condition when they eventually arrived. They are parcelled with care.”

“I'm very satisfied with quality of cards, the price and with the time it took the parcel to arrive. I just don't like the packaging itself. All the empty space in the box is filled up with shredded cardboard. Opening the parcel can be very messy because of this.”

“Always great service. Have used a few times and things always arrive in great condition (isn't the case with all companies!), arrive fast, really well packed etc. Great customer service when used. In my last order of Magic cards I ordered some tokens and one of three was not in stock. They refunded me the 8p automatically! Very thorough and always good to buy from.”
