Iv used total cards a few times and i love the site. Unfortunatly with this order i found the cards wasn't wrapped very well and in turn this card has been damaged on the corner. They came in no protective case or carefully packaged to stop damage being done. The damage wasn't bad but when we're talking any damage on cards that's classed as ruined big shame.

Really positive service with the Pokémon sealed products I’ve bought. Also great resource for other things such as player’s guides and empty ETB boxes for my display when I can’t actually buy all the sealed I’d like to. Always been quick and consistent plus quality packaging.

Unable to award higher than one star at the moment. I paid for tracked 24hr delivery via Royal Mail on Thursday 02/05 and it is now Monday 06/05 and there is still no tracking data available. Hoping that the cards turn up tomorrow in good condition, especially after having this site recommended to me. Having said that, paying for next day delivery and not receiving the order for 4 days is rather annoying.

Hi Benjamin Thank you for taking the time to review us and for leaving us this Feedback. We take all feedback to heart and will look into making this better in the future. I have looked into this order and can see that this was ordered on the Thursday Night after Royal Mail had already picked up for the day, this was packed and shipped on the 3rd Unfortunately, the shipping method you have selected is a Signed delivery option, this doesn’t update the tracking until they attempt delivery and delivery times can sometimes be affected by external factors such as delays in your area or at the depot. I understand how frustrating this can be and I am sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused, you can always reach out to our support team (support@totalcards.net) who would be more than happy to look into this with Royal Mail 😊 I do hope that your order will arrive to you very soon, although I understand that Monday the 6th is a Bank Holiday which may cause further delay Thank you for taking the time to review us and we do hope that this doesn’t dissuade you from any future orders and thank you for reviewing us and we will work our hardest to make sure all future orders are a 5* experience that we know we can deliver! I believe My experienc in the past was much better , however now, Totalcards' website is so messed up , everything that the client wants to find has to be manual , before the option were there. Also they used to give free stickers with the orders now they do not. The service is acceptable although it could be improved. Overall , used to be good, right now , however, is not as good as it used to be.

The Free sticker should automatically add to your account as long as we have these in stock, if they are out of stock we have to keep them off the site till we have a restock of them!!
