“In principle it's all good with shipment and everything. Biggest problem is the customs to Germany. To pay one third of the price more is just too crazy.”

While we do not deal with the customs, we do make sure to remove any TAX you pay on the products ordered with us! Hopefully, things will get better in the future! “This is my third purchase from Total Cards, and this time I was just a little bit disappointed. I'll start by saying that everything came in great condition and very fast, as soon as the items were shipped. Customer service is overall great and replies quickly. But this time I had pre-ordered some booster boxes and sleeves, which were delayed. I am okay with this, but it would be great to get a notification about it, and not have to reach out myself. The bigger issue for me was that the sleeves I ordered and paid for upfront were sold out by the time my order was shipped. I don't understand how you can sell an item that should have been saved for another customer. Also, customer service offered a replacement, then told me they don't have any and offered me a refund instead, without even thinking about compensation. So this time, yes, I was a bit disappointed, but still, this is a great shop with great prices, and I will order again. Hopefully, next time will be a better experience.”

We are sorry to hear that your experience with us was not the standard we aim to provide, and we will use your feedback to help improve our processes going forward. I would also like to apologise that our support team was unavailable over the weekend. At present, our customer support department is managed by a single team member who works Monday to Friday, and unfortunately we are unable to provide weekend cover at this time. Having reviewed the correspondence on your order, I can see that our support team did advise that, although the order had already been dispatched, you were welcome to refuse delivery and have the parcel returned to us for a refund. However, it does not appear that the delivery was refused. I am sorry once again that this order did not result in a positive experience for you. We always recommend carefully reviewing orders before checkout to help avoid situations like this, though we appreciate that mistakes can happen. We will continue to look at ways we can improve both our processes and customer experience, and we sincerely hope you will consider giving us another opportunity in the future so we can provide the level of service we strive for.
