“Really happy with every aspect of the service and product (big shout out to Ryan from Total Cards)! There was a very slight (and effectively harmless) discrepancy with what I ordered vs what was avaialble to be sold but I was duly contacted to discuss the situation and given many viable options as to what I wanted to do. My delivery was timely, very well packaged/protected, and came in very great condition which makes me extremely comfortable in not only ordering in the future but trust that the organisation has proper procedures and quality of service in place.”

“Received my order in the end, was really well packed etc, They honoured the price etc, which was a plus, only reason i ve given it 3 stars is the order faced multiple delays, granted this is most likely not there fault if their suppliers take forever to ship from Japan. Still, it did leave a bit of a sour taste in my mouth when I'm already paying 13x over retail for an item, if it was retail I wouldn't even mind, but I've never managed to buy anything retail from Total Cards, but i guess thats the nature of the hobby currently.”
