“Purchased on a pre-order. Was "dispatched" on release day but wasn't received by logistics for a further 2 days. If it arrives by day 5 I will be surprised.”

Hi Emma, I am very sorry that your order has not yet arrived and completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially as it was dispatched on Tuesday. It was packed after the Royal Mail collection time on Monday, so I apologise for any confusion caused by the shipping notification. I have checked your order and can confirm that it is on its way to you and is expected to be delivered today between 12:00 and 5:00. As the delivery is being handled by Royal Mail, we unfortunately do not have any control over their delivery timeframes. While deliveries are usually completed within two to three working days (which if delivered today is 3 working days), delays can occasionally occur, particularly due to recent weather conditions which have affected some areas. If you choose to leave a review, we kindly ask that it is based on our service, such as the ease of ordering and how our systems performed or if you reached out to our support team how they did rather than delivery times are outside of our control. We would recommend sharing any feedback regarding delays directly with Royal Mail. Thank you very much for your patience. “This has been purchased as part of a multiple fraud using my bank and your business - it wasn’t me and the address is not mine - all payments will be cancelled - sorry but this person and delivery address has scammed my card ???? The address needs reporting to the police please”

“My first order from Total Cards, since my child started to collect Pokemon cards. I searched TC for the series my child was collecting, found the booster packs at a good price but out of stock. I submitted my email address to receive notification of new stock and, hey presto, a few days later it was there. I ordered six packs, they arrived safe and sound in perfect condition. Mor than that, the communication from TC has been so friendly and positive, including a 5% off my second order, I'll definitely order from them again. Many thanks, indeed!”
