“My order unfortunately had half the products missing however a single call and it was all kindly worked out and the rest of my order is on the way. They have amazing customer service and selection”

I’m really sorry that your order has not arrived yet and I completely understand how frustrating this can be, especially when choosing a 48 hour service. Please note that delivery times are estimates and, at this time of year, delays can unfortunately occur. I have checked your order and can confirm that it left us on the 5th and is currently with Royal Mail. I do apologise again for the delay, but once the parcel is with the courier this is outside of our control. If you are unhappy with the delivery service, we would recommend raising this directly with Royal Mail, including via their Trustpilot page. “Bought this as a gift so not personally used the items. However, I was impressed with the service I received. Delivery was fast considering it was the busy Christmas period and they took the time to check my delivery address as it wasn’t your normal home address. Packaging was good and a little gesture of a maoam sweet in the box it was delivered was nice.”
