“Got an absolute steal on their website. Loads of paints for what feels like more than half price during their black Friday sale. (And they were paints i actually needed and not got suckered in). Prices were great, delivery price was acceptable and arrived fast. I didn't have to contact them in any way so that puts them in the competence bracket. Keep up the great work”

“I am an old guy buying Christmas Presents for my Grandson. Competetively priced but it is not until the payment stage where postage charge is mentioned still cheaper than my online retailer of choice but not so much as I thought. I was very annoyed that I was asked for a review two days before the items arrived.”

We’re glad you found the pricing competitive, but sorry the postage charges, we usually have a note on the product saying affordable shipping at checkout (this is mostly for newer items, but we do try to keep free shipping for most items) and that you felt pressured to leave a review before your order arrived, this is supposed to arrive when the parcel is supposed to arrive but doesnt take into account any delay 😭. We’ll take your feedback on this to improve the checkout experience.
