“Don't use for anything on pre/back order. Pre-order while at a good price - was unfortunately delayed, while this isn't TotalCards fault, there was no Communication about it being delayed, just radio silence, no dispatch email, I had to chase them, and then they had no update ready for when it would go out. TotalCards seemed to be the only place delayed, and I sourced boxes locally, and requested a cancellation instead. It's current business day 5 & the refund process has not even started. (Not that it should be recieved in my bank by now, it's not even STARTED by now). There are much better options, at the same or better pricing, with much better processes than TotalCards. Use as a last resort only.”

Hi Oliver We’re very sorry for the lack of communication and the delay with your pre-order. This isn’t the experience we aim to provide, and we completely understand how frustrating this must have been. I can see that our customer support team has responded to each of your emails. While they don’t directly manage the updates from suppliers, we will absolutely pass your feedback on to the team responsible so they’re aware of your concerns. Regarding the refund, I can confirm that you were advised it can take up to 10 working days to process. I can see that the support team has already started this for you. I also understand you reached out again, and they have contacted the refunds team to see if this can be completed any sooner. That said, the standard timeframe is up to 10 working days, and we do need to allow that process to run its course. We’re truly sorry again for the delay with your order. As a retailer, we rely on the information provided by our suppliers, and when updates aren’t shared with us, we’re unfortunately unable to pass anything further on. We know that doesn’t make the situation any less frustrating, but please be assured we are doing what we can behind the scenes. While this order hasn’t been a positive experience for you, I want to reassure you that this is not typical for us. We are already exploring alternative and more reliable suppliers to help prevent situations like this in the future. We really do hope you’ll consider giving us another chance, and once again, we sincerely apologise for the delay and the inconvenience caused. Kind Regards Ryan

Unfortunately, fluctuations in exchange rates between GBP and your local currency can affect the amount received, which is outside of our control. We have provided refunds for the exact amount we received, as explained in our previous emails. We completely understand the frustration this has caused.
