Arrived in good condition and quicker than expected, however the paper/cardboard pieces inside of the box creates a lot of dust. Maybe styrofoam would be a better option.

I've been visiting Total Cards for around a year and a half now. Initially the staff were pleasant, stock was abundant and prizing was consistently sound. Now I've come to realize that staff quite frequently come and go at Total which is sad because it takes me a while to learn names, stock for magic has been dire the last couple months which has made it harder and harder to justify the £8 entry fee for the commander league if I'm having to buy the same pack that I could care less about for which the prizing seems to be whatever isn't spoken for. I'll also comment on the Tarkir Dragonstorm Prerelease. Friday night had an online listing with the promotional material stating "Night/Day 1" but Sunday didn't which only attracted 4 non-regulars and someone who has started coming to the league compared to what seemed to be a full house of like 28 on Friday. Considering at Total it has felt like the last couple sets prerelease kits have been the main source of cards for magic product, for players to have lost out on a chance to do another Prerelease and get access to cards from their LGS because there was no advertising or listing to play the event via your preferred way to sell items seems to say to me the game doesn't really matter that much. Please do better.

First of all, thank you for being a long-standing customer. Your continued support truly means a lot to us. We’d like to take a moment to clarify a few things. In terms of staff, we do have team members come and go from time to time, as with any workplace, but there’s nothing to worry about. Many of them move on to other roles or opportunities they’re passionate about. While working around TCGs can sound like a dream (and often is!), sometimes people find their calling elsewhere. That said, many of them are still deeply involved in the hobby even after leaving, so their passion for the community remains strong. Regarding Magic stock, we completely understand your frustration. WOTC has significantly reduced allocations to the UK, and this has impacted how much stock we’re able to get our hands on. While we aim to offer the packs and products players are most excited for, we also try to strike a balance, especially when preferences vary widely (e.g. one person’s favourite set might be Innistrad Remastered while another prefers Time Spiral). We tend to lean toward newer sets, but we’re always happy to hear suggestions! We'll definitely look into how we handled the Dragonstorm pre-release, and we’ll do our best to improve future events. Magic is one of our top TCGs, and we’re fully committed to supporting it, just as much as we do with Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh! As for pre-release kits on the shelf, those are usually spares from events with lower turnout. If you have ideas on how we could better use them (like running a random pre-release draft), we’d absolutely love to hear them. We're always working hard to improve what we offer for both collectors and players, and your feedback helps us shape a better experience. Nice out sleeves with hard and strong feel. Structure decks came without any issues. I’m only a little disappointed with how long it took to get to me since this structure deck came out 14th February and it took a month to get to me which wasn’t ideal.

The product is really HQ and I'm very happy with it. Unfortunately, I placed my order on the 7th Jan and the product didn't arrive until 2 months later. Not so much the time frame, but the zero communication was ideal. That said, I have ordered two more and I know I'll be happy when they do arrive. Also, it's not my intention for this review to be public, but you seemed keen for feedback.

The delivery of the package was very late. However, I received a proper reply when I sent an email. Also, I think the box was very good. If the delay was due to it taking too long to prepare a good box, I would give it 5 stars. However, since it seems the delay was due to the Pokemon cards, I gave it 3 stars.

Waited over 6months for my preorder so didn’t arrive in time for my son birthday. Arrived quickly once dispatched and well packaged. Sad to write a slightly negative review as I’ve not had any issues before over the years it been purchasing from them

Very responsive when I messaged , however order was delayed a couple of weeks, possibly could had provided more updates, but no harm done, product was in great condition, tracking worked and was a food price.

Ordered and it was shown in stock , however that turned out not to be the case ended up chasing up to be told it would be shipped when back in stock, communication was poor, we should need to chase you!!! eventually got it and product is fine but customer service needs sorting out

I ordered an item on preorder and a handful of loose cards. Items were delayed due to lateness in their stock availability. That's fine, yet they were still selling the items they said they didn't have in stock which made it less convincing. An item (one card) was also rem9ved and refunded from my order with no explanation as to why, my guess is that I was waiting so long for the order, the card I bought went out of stock as it wasn't reserved in anyway. That aside, the goods I recieved were in good condition when they eventually arrived. They are parcelled with care.

It unfortunately took quite long to resolve an issue with my last order. Where one part was not in stock anymore and had to be reordered. The communication was very re actional and had to be driven by myself, having said that in the end we came out of it with an acceptable solution.

my products arrived quickly and were at a good price, however they messed up and gave me the wrong version of one the items I ordered which was disappointing. I will likely be ordering from here again however as the prices were good and shipment was quick.

Store products good value so do buy from them. Not enough staff frequently to enable good service though. One person waited a long time for a hot drink due to lack of staff.

The frustration with pre orders is that they are always delayed. I don't think I have ever had something delivered from day 1 or even despatched on the day of release. Other that it's okay.
