The product is really HQ and I'm very happy with it. Unfortunately, I placed my order on the 7th Jan and the product didn't arrive until 2 months later. Not so much the time frame, but the zero communication was ideal. That said, I have ordered two more and I know I'll be happy when they do arrive.
Also, it's not my intention for this review to be public, but you seemed keen for feedback.
