“Please don't get me wrong, this company is 5 stars for their staff members and delivery of products that are in stock on their store. But I have now 3 times pre-ordered product with them and every single time it hasn't been sent on release and i've had to contact customer service to start splitting my orders up so I can actually receive something. Now 3 times I have been let down and I won't be making the mistake of pre-ordering again. Not even any compensation for receiving products a month after release, really is a shame.”

“Excellent site, great packaging and customer service! Edit: Had to lower my review as the company imposed a price increase on a paid for pre-order (this was a price increase and not an error) They did not want to honour the price paid a month previous and issued this increase against it's customers. They assured me there was nothing they could do, but the loss of a customer is far greater than the £6 increase on a £100 product they tried to squeeze so unsure on the business practice here...”

“Prices are honestly amazing for anything pokemon, best website to any trading cards. The customer service is amazing and the people are super pleasant to deal with. 5 Stars :) *Updated* Dropping my rating from 5 stars to 3 as a product arrive damaged and customer service received my ticket but has left me waiting for a reply for 3 days now.”

“Great for the surprise but for some one after more high end cards this is not for you, (of course you could get really lucky in the packs , but better of buying the cards or booster box’s) money value for me was that, the box's I got was £5 less then what i payed for. (But that’s the gamble)”

“My order was delivered a week later than originally stated which meant it did not arrive in time for son’s birthday. When I enquired about it, I was just told that it will be delivered when totalcards receive it from their supplier, no eta given nor apology for delay. I have ordered before from totalcards before and service was better but not great on this occasion. I would not order again unless I had a month to spare for delivery & delays.”

“Experience buying from these guys used to be really good but is now just so-so, I think the prices here are really good and everything is fine when ordering something that has been released for a good amount of time, but in the past couple of years pre-orders have been disappointing, with no information anywhere as far as i can see regarding why something is delayed or what ever the issue is or what exactly is delayed as i'd imagine multiple different products have these issues. I imagine when people pre-order they generally know when what they've ordered is being released and for that date to come and go and not get some sort of email saying "sorry your order is delayed you can expect it in X amount of time" or some kind of delay announcement on socials/blog is pretty bad in my opinion. My current order is a week out so far and it's just irritating.”
