Please don't get me wrong, this company is 5 stars for their staff members and delivery of products that are in stock on their store.
But I have now 3 times pre-ordered product with them and every single time it hasn't been sent on release and i've had to contact customer service to start splitting my orders up so I can actually receive something.
Now 3 times I have been let down and I won't be making the mistake of pre-ordering again.
Not even any compensation for receiving products a month after release, really is a shame.
