My order was delivered a week later than originally stated which meant it did not arrive in time for son’s birthday. When I enquired about it, I was just told that it will be delivered when totalcards receive it from their supplier, no eta given nor apology for delay. I have ordered before from totalcards before and service was better but not great on this occasion. I would not order again unless I had a month to spare for delivery & delays.
