Great range of cards however you never know when your cards are going to arrive. Since the website has changed looking at orders on your account is limited. I have two orders pending but have no idea when they are going to show up. Maybe something total cards need to look in to, the account section was a lot better before with more detail.

Wasn't too happy with my purchase as I bought the v box thinking it would contain evolving skies as the stock image shows evolving skies, however my v boxes didn't not contain them. I raised this with total cards thinking my v boxes had been tampered with. To their credit, total cards responded to this quickly and although their response was that they use stock images and can't be responsible for the contents of the item I recieved. I couldn't argue and took it on the chin.

We apologise that the V boxes you ordered did not contain the Evolving Skies Pack. When Pokémon releases second prints, they do not update the images provided to retailers like ourselves. To address this, we have included a description to make this clearer. Currently, we have Hoopa V boxes in stock that do include the Evolving Skies Pack, so we hope you will find what you're looking for with these! Please be assured that we would never tamper with any products. Such practices are abhorrent to us. However, we understand the scepticism associated with online ordering. The service and communication were great, cannot fault the company. I didn't realise the items would not be clean upon arrival. I now understand the price was for used items but i thought I was purchasing items spare from break downs. I don't mind buying used items but they weren't clean, some had sticky marks and the insides of all the tins had bits in so I had to clean them our before giving to children. Had I have known this i would not have purchased but the cards were in excellent condition :)

I would advise others to check terms and conditions. My ETB had a big scratch across the front and the Total Cards don’t cover the cost to replace the damaged packaging.

Our policy currently doesn't cover returns and reship fees for this type of issue, but we always recommend that customers who want their products to arrive in pristine condition for their sealed collections leave us a note when placing the order. The experience was generally fine. I feel like communication from customer service could have been better; weekly check ins just to update on the status - even if there was no change. But sorting out my order to just send the only item that arrived and cancel the rest was easy enough and much appreciated.

I was happy with the price but the boxes came with shrink wrap damaged. As a sealed collector this was disappointing and I now have to break the boxes down and sell the packs.

Hi David Thank you for reviewing us, we are sorry this has not arrived yet, I have checked the shipping on this and can see that this was packed on Sunday and was shipped on Monday (as the courier you have chosen doesn't pick up on Sunday 😭), I can see that this should be with you today. Iv used total cards a few times and i love the site. Unfortunatly with this order i found the cards wasn't wrapped very well and in turn this card has been damaged on the corner. They came in no protective case or carefully packaged to stop damage being done. The damage wasn't bad but when we're talking any damage on cards that's classed as ruined big shame.

Item ordered was as expected but pursuit of a review was over the top. Firstly before I had even received the item and a text at 1am is ‘over the top’.

I believe My experienc in the past was much better , however now, Totalcards' website is so messed up , everything that the client wants to find has to be manual , before the option were there. Also they used to give free stickers with the orders now they do not. The service is acceptable although it could be improved. Overall , used to be good, right now , however, is not as good as it used to be.

The Free sticker should automatically add to your account as long as we have these in stock, if they are out of stock we have to keep them off the site till we have a restock of them!! Seems like a good company however after they raised the price of a preorder I made years ago and not willing to honour the price advertised I am oppose to ordering. I will order if it's not a preorder and a good price but a shame that what seems like a good company on the surface are quite cut throat when it comes to honour

Delivery: I paid for the item on the 27th which Included an express next day delivery, yet the item did not arrive at my house until the 31st, thus I wasted £6 Content: Good. I actually record pack openings on YouTube and the content inside the mystery box was acceptable, fairly decent pulls. I'm very grateful some cards came with a a protective sleeve. 3/5

Cards are fine quality, I was told my order was dispatched, then 4 hours later received an email to say some cards were out of stock????? 48 hour delivery came 4 days later... not overly impressed, but got my product.
