“Initially had a bit of a drama on an order. I ordered some cards that was due to come in stock very soon. In the end after a few months, Total Cards still weren’t getting updates from the supplier, so we worked out a solution that I was very happy with.”

Hi There Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry to hear that your experience was not as positive as we would have liked, and we will certainly use your feedback to help improve our processes moving forward. I would like to reassure you that we are not a scam. Having reviewed your account, I can see that you visited us in person and successfully purchased the product from our Gaming Centre. Our pricing is based on a number of factors, including supplier costs, market conditions, and stock availability as well as overheads (like staff wages!). Unfortunately, when supplier prices increase, our costs increase as well. Some Pokémon products sold through our Gaming Centre also originate from our submissions service, where we aim to offer customers a fair price for their items. This can sometimes affect the pricing of certain products. We completely understand that pricing can be frustrating, especially in the current TCG market. We would also love to see prices come down, but ultimately this depends on suppliers, manufacturers, and overall market supply. Hopefully, as more stock is produced and made available, prices will become more accessible in the future. I am sorry if our pricing did not meet your expectations on this occasion.
