I initially had some trouble with my pre-order, but the customer service was excellent and they even agreed to send a more expensive product alternative in its place as I did not want to wait longer.
I felt like I had been listened to and a fair alternative for both parties was sorted.
Customer service agents who are willing to help, and not just apologize for inconvenience are rare nowadays, so I would recommend this shop solely based on that!
