After many emails and attempts to get a hold of them through Instagram, I've heard nothing back after two weak email excuses. I purchased both the Shell Bag and a pair of Jungle shoes back in the very beginning of April . I'm still waiting to hear back from them. I only received one email with a response saying I would get my stuff shipped mid-July back in early July. Well, It's July 29 and I have nothing to show for. I did receive a secondary email after that requesting a customer service review for the person that responded. I know it wasn't that person's fault, so I gave her a good review. Otherwise, I've been trying to get a hold of them the past couple of days to no avail. I have chatted with other customers and tried to find some semblance of hope that perhaps some of these things were actually being delivered. It seems like a mixed bag. They absolutely play their marketing role correctly to maximize the attractive message they sell; I just wish they acted as kind as the message they convey. I sincerely wanted this bag and wanted to keep supporting this company. At this point, I don't have the confidence to recommend this to anyone. What a disappointing experience as a customer and the way I'm being treated as a person. Ignoring your customers is not the best way to win their confidence and loyalty. I wish I would have been one of the happy customers with a great review, but that time has long passed. I just feel cheated and scammed now. I'm not saying that's what they're trying to do, but that's what they have achieved to make me perceive.
