I bought backpack in shoes in april. Upon buying it said it would arrive late may. In early may got an email saying it would arrive early june. Last june I asked where it was and they said it would arrive early july. late july I asked where it was, they said they were not sure. I asked for refund. they said yes. It is not early august, I do not have any products, spent around 500$, I do not have a refund, and they stopped responding to my messages.
