Poor customer service.
I ordered a pair on April 9, 2022 at 11:41with express delivery for our holiday on 28 April. The tracking link they gave says it's been in Frankfurt since since 14 April 2022 (date today 23 April).
I’ve messaged both their email and messenger accounts and am still waiting for a more accurate response of when they will arrive rather than ‘they will be with me soon. I also posted the question on their FB page but it's been removed.
