Nest backpack arrived damaged and defective. For this product being a preorder, this should not have happened. Product should have been inspected prior to shipment which is evident a quality check was skipped. Due to this being a quality issue, customer service did not charge for shipping, however I did have to return the defective bag prior to receiving a new bag. Overall this experience has turned out to be a bigger hassle and now I am hesitant to purchase and especially preorder from Tropicfeel again. For the price I could have gotten a quality bag from TOM BIHN or Aer but I decided to take the risk on Tropicfeel and I can guarantee I will not be doing it again. Once I receive my replacement bag, we will see if the quality of this material will be durable. I was very disappointed with the material quality. Hopefully the replacement product will be of better quality. Customer support is not helpful and takes a long time to reply, if they do reply and do not offer sufficient resolutions. This company should work on producing quality products and not cheap Chinese bags. A lot of thought went into this design and in my experience it seems like this company has out sourced the manufacturing to China and it is apparent in the quality. Think before you decide to invest in this bag because the quality is questionable.
