Having bought the Geyser Litli B. White I was very excited when they arrived. However, the shoe seams broke within a week of taking them to Rome for some travelling. I can now physically see the stitching and any hope of waterproofness gone with it.
Having contacted customer support requesting a replacement the "experts" blamed the issue on a dog bit which is simply untrue then referred me to the warranty policy. If they want to count walking around Rome as improper use then I don't know what shoes are for.
