Spent a lot of MONEY with Tropicfeel. £500+ and i've never had to deal with TERRIBLE customer service until last week.
Purchased NS40 in July and product shipped.
Noticed the white print RUBBED OFF after a few months. Not so bothered about this.
During Xmas used the hood for the first time and elastic cord SNAPPED which rendered the hood COMPLETELY USELESS.
Felt like a badly made product or DEFECTIVE. Customer service NOT interested at all and batted me off.
