Poor shoe sizing and a poor customer service policy in response to customers whose purchases do not fit. I won't buy from this company again after a disappointing first experience. They are more interested in their revenue than keeping customers happy. If shoes don't fit and haven't been worn, then returns and exchanges should be at the company's expense, not that of the customer. Other companies manage it. Why can't you?
