My hive backpack came covered in mold on the netting on the inside. I have a severe mold allergy and contacted the company because I also have a trip coming up that I bought this for and the only solution they gave me was a normal exchange with the 4-6 day turnaround time after they receive the item which is not helpful. Especially considering how severe a mold issue is. This is a quality and safety concern that I now have to deal with 7 days before my trip. Hope this helps someone else if they are struggling to decide if they want to spend $300 on a back pack.
