After asking why I had not received the NS60 Jacket I received it in early July. The Jacket is an excellent design, well made with the best materials. The vest fits well but unfortunately the layer supplied was too small (I ordered L and received M). I returned the layer and received another one, also too small (I ordered L and received M). I was told that there was a problem with layers of the size I ordered. I am waiting for advice on when to return it so I can get the correct size. It’s hard to understand how the delivery of such excellent products is so poorly managed. The product score is 5 and the delivery score is zero so the overall score is 3.
