My experience with Tropicfeel was extremely pleasant, their commitment to their costumers is a breath of fresh air compared to many others. My first pair of Jungle Shoes arrived well on time ready for my holidays, they were very comfy and served well in the sea as promised but sadly the lining near the heels started to open up after 1-2 days of use. Upon returning from holidays the shoes still looked new except the above so I had to assume it is an isolated issue. Customer support was very helpful and efficient and I am happy to share that the replacement pair I was given are well worth their price. Comfy, fresh pie of shoes that I can wear for commuting to work or for a hike and even to the sea. Thank you!
