I ordered the Shelter backpack and it just arrived on time for my holiday. It was the perfect fit for the trip planned. Most of all, I like the wardrobe system whick makes packing and especially living out of the backpack so much easier. However, I have two minor complaints: First, the backpack misses a handle at the side which would make easdier tow carry for a very short distance (like in airports). Second, I was not very happy with the customer support. When I asked about the estimated date of delivery (I pre-ordered the shelter), I received a very generic answer which did not take teh content of my email into account (is it likely that the backpack will arrive on time for my holiday). For a company like Tropicfeel I qould expect a better service. Overall, I really enjoy the product that is why I still rate it 4 stars.
