I ordered NS60 jacket. І made this pre-order with full prepayment in October last year. After some time I found out that after ordering i was not sent any order number. So, I had to write dozens of letters to support and wait for weeks before my problem was solved. And despite the fact that i was eventually given this number, my order was canceled for some reason. After i asked why this happened, i did not receive an answer. My friend who made the same pre-order on the same day in October received the jacket in early June. However, it reached me only on July 20. It took inadequately long time, difficulties, stress to resolve my situation. No compensation was provided for the months of inept communication with support. The product itself is not bad, nice materials, as stated, it is quite compact and warm. Unfortunately, the impression is spoiled because of customer support
