I’m so disappointed with this product’s quality. After doing some research, I ordered and received mine 2 weeks ago. I initially had high hopes as it seemed to do everything I wanted (versatility and style). And it did for THE ONE time I used it. Then one of the front elastic bands( where the nook pouch hooks onto) came out and I now cannot use my Nook pouch with it. After having spent more than €200, you’d think the bag would last more than one usage… I requested an exchange or a refund as it is clearly a manufacturer fault. And I hope the CS team can address this issue ASAP. I will keep editing this review to update how this is being addressed as my request is processed by the CS team.
