The pouch is ok, but I didn’t enjoy the interaction with your your company during purchase of some items, I felt it was a take it or leave attitude on the part of one of your associates, making the purchase uncomfortable and off putting. Although your product had some good features, don’t think because of that,I’ll be rushing back to buy anything else. There are ways to make a customer feel valued by a company, and I think your company is woefully short in that department. My attitude about your company now is, “I’ll call you if I need you”. You need to take a page out of Made In cookware company , where I feel I’ve been treated as a valued client, as a result, I buy all my cookware exclusively from them, your company, not so much.
