Lack of integrity to their return policy and poor communication. Tropicfeel still has almost $950 of my hard-earned money and has had the return in their possession since June 11. They had specified that the “finance department” has received the information to process the refund but that department has yet to respond to me with the email as promised.
I sent a small return and the entire process was complete in under two days. Clearly the company wants to use my (return) funds to operate their business (lack of integrity). You have your products, give me back my money alas your policy states you will.
All products were brand new (unused) and in original packaging when shipped back two days after receipt of the shipping label (which I had to beg for since their system refused to provide one for me online.
BUYER BEWARE! If you value trust, integrity, quality communication and service, keep your money and spend it elsewhere.
