I’ve been using it for 5 months now. Is a very good backpack, the only thing that I don’t like about it and for that I give it 4 stars is the laptop place. If you put the laptop on the front it makes very difficult to close the backpack, because you cannot bend it and this makes that your laptop will be having the pressure of the things inside.
It will be better if the laptop could be kept on the back like the Nest one.
