Appalling customer service. Bag arrived famed with box ripped open. Had pics as delivered.
Took weeks and 25+ emails with customer service to get a return and partial refund.
They won’t refund the full amount because they need to cover their costs apparently - even though they could claim back from the delivery company
They only reply to positive reviews and won’t let me know how to complain or escalate the issue.
Won’t order again after this experience- but the bag actually looked cheap and nasty and was completely overpriced so may well be a lucky escape, despite the cost!!
