The shell product advertised is much cheaper designed than expected. When I wanted to return it and give Tropicfeel a second chance by exchanging it with the more expensive shelter backpack because it seemed sturdier, they refused to take the backpack. Reason: the tags were removed. So keep your hands off this brand if you: 1. Look for high quality manufacturing (plastic hook on the wardrobe system?? Literally only a string as a waist belt?? Non adjustable shoe pocket??) for incredible 333 euros??? A huge joke and prove for a typical PR driven money machine 2. expect a customer friendly support (hundreds of apologies, return policies of iron)
