Communication with the company was difficult, and the overall quality of the products was poor. I purchased the Shelter backpack, the wardrobe, and the waterproof day pack — the latter only lasted two months. As for the backpack, it’s now gathering dust in my loft. ITS NOT EVEN WORTH TRYING TO SELL. I’m really disappointed. I expected quality based on their marketing and advertising, but it turned out to be all smoke and mirrors. DONT BE FOOLED. Switched to Osprey, let you know how it goes!
