The well-known firm of Dumpit Anywhere and Scarper, trading as Tuffnells. Of five deliveries, two never arrived, two were dumped on the roadside a long way from the address and one was dumped outside the door in a very poor state. I now check which delivery service will be used and if it's Tuffnells, I buy elsewhere.
