“For anyone interested Tuffnells are no more.
They went in to administration last year not long after relaunched under a so called company called shift who it is rumoured to have bitten off more than they can chew.
Since the relaunch shift yet again made all who went back redundant yet again after just a few months of returning to work with no pay.
Tuffnells did have around 40 depots over 30 of which are now in the hands of Dx parcel express the rest of which tuffnells owed a lot of money in rent for have been left abandoned some if which since before Christmas 2023.”

“Received message my large items (garden fence) were delivered - "Proof of delivery photo" - attached - is nothing like the outside of my property or any of the neighbours and looks more like the inside of a van? So delivered to who?

“Tuffnells are dreadful. Failed collections, no communication when they cant be bothered to collect parcels. And when they do actually turn up, the parcels take ages to get to the customers. Plenty of other large parcel companies out there, use someone else.”

Tuffnels uploaded a photo from driver "Stuart Neil" in the Aberdeenshire area of the parcels lent against a wall, claiming delivery has been completed. They have not delivered to me, the image in the photo is NOT my house. The parcel is already late, I waited in yesterday and today for it. Additionally in the photo the boxes appear to have received a fair bit of damage.

Im 5 months pregnant and walking around all my neighbours houses asking if they have my parcel has been a nightmare. There is no way of contacting them as all emails and numbers on their website are fake, what is going on here!!??”
“failed to collect for 4 days and then failed to deliver i know its not guaranteed next day but I'd at least expect within a month all told 15 days form booking to delivery did it via interparcel well it'll be the last time they get used, Worst service I've had in over 25 years in using couriers no contact number and no customer care from tuffnells or interparcel Save yourself the grief and use someone else!!!!!”

Job now stood waiting for alternative from a different supplier whilst I have to fight for a refund.

“Collected my parcel 10th January for next day delivery service thru Inter Parcel and still waiting for delivery. Paid £93 and no telephone number to contact and inter parcel have only email to contact them. Paid for next day delivery at extra cost. Would not use these again and no contact number to contact anyone is a joke. Cant answer the questions about the service received cause parcel still NOT delivered.”

“Unable to give zero stars as I would have done so if I could. Avoid at all costs. Should be called a non delivery company. Three times delivery was promised and never delivered. Website is a waste of space and contact at 4 on a Friday afternoon to be told that the courier has put a stop on all deliveries. Really helpful. Bunch of charlatans!”

“Their drivers lie about when they delivered parcels. They said they delivered a parcel when they didn’t.
My second order that was next day delivery hasn’t even arrived one week on.”
“I am not sure how this company is allowed to function. A very rude and aggressive driver delivered half of my package and claimed the other one could be in his van but he did not have time to check. He was asking me to find him in the traffic and collect the over 50kg parcel and then dropped it on the pavement in front of my building. He was very aggressive and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The parcel was damaged with missing parts. The other part is still missing but nobody is answering or is aware of what has happened.”
“Unprofessional, unhelpful, unreliable and rude. Provider has arranged for collection 6 times and not once have they bothered to show up despite being told it has been raised with management and they will definitely attend. Wouldn't even give them 1 star if I was able to”

“Took a day off work waited all day for delivery, I went out my front to find two parcels sitting there, on enlarge parcel with £600 was missing. Tracking system said all three deliver and signed by me, with a fraudulent signature! Couldn't email them eventually found contact number but phoned for over 30mins with no answer. Went to the depot they were initially friendly and acknowledged they had only delivered two items but tried to blam the company I bought the products from. Said they never got 3 items even though the tracker states 3. When I challenged the practice of signing on behalf of customer and leaving parcels outside they became aggressive and rude, had to leave”
