I am not sure how this company is allowed to function. A very rude and aggressive driver delivered half of my package and claimed the other one could be in his van but he did not have time to check. He was asking me to find him in the traffic and collect the over 50kg parcel and then dropped it on the pavement in front of my building. He was very aggressive and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The parcel was damaged with missing parts. The other part is still missing but nobody is answering or is aware of what has happened.
