They manage to lose my order twice. The first time, it was lost in the collection depot. The company I ordered from then had to produce replacement products. The second time it was lost on the delivery truck. The status changed to delivered, but nobody ever reached my place. I was home all day, and have a Ring doorbell and two CCTV cameras pointed at my front yard. I would have known if my item arrived.
