Driver threw my items out of the van, items left in the rain in the middle of the road as they were to heavy for him. Needed a two man team to be honest when I said the items are damaged and soaked he said “your not having them” and stormed off. He looked like he was on alcohol from the night before, I rang and complained to tuffnells, nothing ever came of it. Won’t use again! Got the whole thing on CCTV
