Would not consider using Tuffnells again.
Courier was rude and unpleasant.
He dumped my delivery at the front door, too heavy for me to move.
When requested to take the item to the back gate as per delivery instructions he said, "that's not my problem, that's the company'. When I explained that I couldn't lift the item he laughed and walked away.
