WOW - what an AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL experience we have had on several occasions with Tuffnells. As a business we use Interparcel, and sometimes choose Tuffnells for customers collections and deliveries. They never turn up, and if they do turn up they do not bring any labels - DONT NOT LET THEM LEAVE WITHOUT THEIR LABLES, otherwise your parcel will go missing for at least a week. We pay a premium for next day delivery and it never happens. Customers wait in all day and no one arrives, and the customer service we receive is, "well there's nothing really we can do". Please business owners, do not use these especially if you would like to keep your customers happy.
