Tuffnells left my 17ft flooring at the side of my property and didn’t ring the doorbell or knock the door i was lucky that a neighbour knocked my door to say it was there. Im disabled and had to get neighbours to lift it for me. Tuffnells is a disgrace it’s easy to ring the doorbell and they still chose not too.
