Absolutely shocking company. Parcels not delivered yet faked signature to say the goods have been delivered. Four days go past and they scan the item in the depot each day. Each day still no delivery. Tried speaking to them on the phone but a very rude young lady said and I quote "i don't know what you expect me to tell you. It's been delivered and that's the end of it " So if its been delivered how has your depot managed to scan the item in the depot everyday... Utterly useless support. No empathy that they have £200 worth of my goods in their depot and they having been paid to deliver it have failed miserably. Then they have the cheek to ask me what I expect them to do about it. Well here's a clue.. deliver my goods like you are supposed to Ian
