There's something very disturbing about the way Tuffnells operates.
I was told by email to expect delivery of an item. I waited in all day but it did not appear. Shortly after 6.00pm I was informed that the item had been delivered and signed for. I noted however that there was no signature, just the written word "paper" where the signature should be. Very suspicious.
I used the contact form on Tuffnells' website several times to report the suspicious non-delivery but received no response at all. After 2 weeks I cancelled the order with the supplier.
