Tuffnells Steer clear- appalling service repeatedly!
Tracking said Out for delivery ... waited in all day and when it still hadn't arrived at 1930 checked the tracking again and it said " we have received your item at our delivery depot"..... This is not the first time this has happened, Tuffnells are a joke.... appalling service and fail to deliver as promised repeatedly.... unfortunately I have no control over who the sender chooses to use as a courier however I do when I send, Tuffnells wouldn't ever feature on my radar!!!!! Steer clear in my opinion.
