My parcel should have been delivered on Tuesday on their Express 24 service.
Now being told it’s likely to be Friday !!
No apologies or reason given.
I will NEVER use Tuffnells, and I will avoid purchases from any company who use them.
They are undoubtedly the worst carrier in the U.K.
