Items being delivered from company in Lancashire to Yorkshire. Half the consignment arrived. Sending company notified that items measuring several feet long were not present - in fact I was at home at the time and they didn’t even knock the door! Tufffnells say item was delivered. They have absolutely no proof - no photo, no signature, nothing! Sending company are the only ones who can raise an investigation - ridiculous since they don’t seem bothered - just charge for new items to replace undelivered ones! What a system, What a company! How do they ever get any customers except fools.
