Don't use tuffnells, they lie, never deliver, I had one massive parcel 1.8 metres long, weighing 35kg, damaged, then returned to me with items missing, I then sent out a second time, after replacing missing parts, well guess what this time they lose the parc. How can you lose a parcel 1.8 metres long with delivery address written in black bold marker pen all over it!!! I strongly believe it was stolen by staff!!! Be aware of this company they steal!!!
