Avoid delivery couriers like this if you can !!!!!!!!! Ordered a £449 item from eBay and supposed to be delivered by Tuffnells, no tracking after the purchased item not came on time so I raised eBay's and PayPal's claim the next day on Tufnells tracking check it was showing that the item was delivered (no date no signature, no picture) ! So eBay and PayPal canceled the claim as them was enough that tracking said delivered, seller, ignoring me! Tuffnell ignoring me and told me that only the sender can rise a claim because of data protection! So I lost 449£ !!! No one can tell me where the item was delivered !!! It gon missing and I lost £449 !!! Still trying to get my money back since 8/11/2022. Avoid delivery couriers like this if you can !!!!!!!!!
