They lost my parcel worth £350, didn’t give any updates as to why it wasn’t delivered on time. Called customer service who were rude and unhelpful, didn’t care in the slightest they have just cost me £350. Absolute joke of a company, will never be using them again and would strongly advise anyone from going near them.
